This is our second experience with Kris - once with buying, once with selling. Her assistance in both were above and beyond our expectations. First, Kris has a deep understanding of the nuances of the Florida market – this was invaluable, since we were out-of-state buyers. Second, her negotiation skills were top-notch and she was clearly well-respected by the other agents, which gave us a nice edge. Lastly, she went the extra mile to make the contract and settlement process move forward (met with contractors and inspectors at the property to supervise, moved furniture off our balcony in advance of potential bad weather, responded to inquiries quickly even when she was on vacation).
